By placing this order on MojPrint.mk, I confirm that my contact information, shipping address, product selection, size, quantity, and design are correct.

• I understand that custom printed products are made specially for me and cannot be returned or cancelled after production starts, unless the product is defective or printed incorrectly by MojPrint.
• I confirm that I checked the design, spelling, placement, size, and uploaded images before placing the order.
• I understand that small color differences may appear between the screen preview and the final printed product.
• I understand that final print placement may vary slightly due to production alignment, but MojPrint will try to match the approved preview as closely as possible.
• I confirm that I have the right or permission to use any uploaded logo, image, text, brand, or design.
• If I choose Cash on Delivery, I agree to pay the full order amount when the order is delivered.
• I understand that refusing a Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason may result in MojPrint refusing future orders from me.
• I understand that wrong address, wrong phone number, or incorrect customer information may cause delivery problems and MojPrint is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• If I make a complaint, I agree to provide the order number, photos, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Design Content Policy

MojPrint supports creativity, personal expression, business branding, gifts, and custom fashion. However, not every design can be accepted for printing.

MojPrint reserves the right to refuse any design that violates this policy.

Allowed Designs

Usually allowed:

• personal names, quotes, birthday designs, couple designs, and family designs;
• business logos, uniforms, staff shirts, and promotional clothing;
• sports-style designs, fan-inspired designs, school designs, or team designs;
• funny designs, memes, jokes, and creative text;
• artistic illustrations;
• religious, cultural, or national symbols when used respectfully;
• political or opinion-based designs when they are legal, non-hateful, and do not promote violence;
• adult humor only if it is not explicit, hateful, threatening, or abusive.

Not Allowed Designs

MojPrint does not allow designs that include or promote:

1. Hate, Discrimination, or Violence

Designs attacking, insulting, dehumanizing, or encouraging hatred or violence against people based on nationality, ethnicity, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

2. Threats or Harassment

Designs targeting a private person with insults, threats, bullying, humiliation, or harassment.

3. Illegal Content

Designs that promote illegal activity, criminal organizations, terrorism, violence, drug abuse, fraud, or weapons misuse.

4. Copyright or Trademark Infringement

Designs using protected logos, brands, characters, football club logos, luxury brand logos, movie/game/anime characters, or copyrighted images without permission.

Examples that may be refused:

• Nike, Adidas, Gucci, LV, Apple, and similar logos;
• football club logos without permission;
• Disney, Marvel, anime, game, or movie characters;
• copied designs from another shop or artist.

5. Explicit Sexual Content

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or graphic nudity designs are not allowed.

6. Graphic Violence

Designs showing extreme gore, torture, murder, or violent abuse are not allowed.

7. False Official Use

Designs pretending to be official police, military, government, medical, or security uniforms are not allowed if they may mislead people.

8. Personal Data Misuse

Designs containing someone’s private phone number, address, ID, photo, or personal information without permission are not allowed.

Review Rights

MojPrint may review uploaded designs before printing. If a design is not allowed, MojPrint may:

• ask the customer to change the design;
• remove the problematic part;
• cancel the order;
• refuse future orders in serious cases.

Buyer Protection Rules

• Size choice is the customer’s responsibility. Please check the size before ordering.
• Screen colors and print colors can be slightly different.
• For best print quality, upload a high-resolution PNG file. Low-quality images may print blurry.
• The customer must check and approve the design, spelling, size, and placement before checkout.
• The customer confirms they have rights to use uploaded logos, images, and designs.
• Unjustified refusal of Cash on Delivery may block future orders.
• Offensive, hateful, illegal, threatening, or copyrighted designs may be refused.
• Custom orders can only be cancelled before production starts.
• Final print placement may vary slightly, but MojPrint will try to match the approved preview as closely as possible.
• Complaints must include order number, photos, and a clear explanation.
